DEFINE

The task for Internet Famous was to establish a new approach with the UX and marketing of a social media platform. A unique gamified user experience that provides users a real value for their participation in the community in their effort to reach internet fame.

DESIGN

In the design phase the focus was to use the data and analytics available from years of social platforms before, and established a fresh new direction. A new way to provide users value for their actions and participation on the internet famous platform. Visually we focused on creating a UX that supported the idea that content and marketing are integrated together as one. We took a minimal approach to the creative look and feel, and decided on the direction that less is more, to provide the content as the true value of the platform. Establishing a UX that would provide users an ease of use and create a funnel into the content that a user is interested in exploring was a focal point in establishing a digital pathway.

With the design of a new digital platform we aimed to even the playing field for performers, entertainers, and content creators alike. In the current social-sphere many content creators get lost in the digital ocean. With sponsored internet famous contests built around gamification technology we have aimed to change that. On internet famous users are able to participate and increase their value on platform all while enjoying the best the internet has to offer. Users can earn points and prizes that boost them on the internet famous platform and moves them up the leader board. Internet famous points are awarded and provide the ability to unlock new features and are redeemable for limited edition internet famous and sponsored merchandise.

In the development phase of  internet famous the goal was to establish a platform with tools and technologies that have been proven, tested, and supported online. Once our core was determined we needed to make all of these tools communicate in a sequence that provided the user experience we created as the voice of internet famous. A platform that supported content entertainment, a users profiles network, sponsored contests, and merchandise & NFT sales, all packaged in a system that used gamification technology. Now on internet famous when a user shows up to their new favorite site it has a value for the time and effort that they put in on our platform. Providing more incentives users can build their audience and  redeem the value they put into the while on the internet famous site.

The Elements of Internet Famous

In the destroy phase after getting our vision in our head to match the technology and functionality that available. We have been in the trenches continually making the necessary adjustments to give life to many core elements internet famous. But when it comes to creating a platform from nothing we also had the challenge of securing and protecting the company and its brand.  Now with the difficult task of trademarking internet famous, and developing our company culture, philosophy, and objectives a plan has been formulate as our road map into the future.

Internet Famous has been deployed in beta and is continually growing and adjusting, as all internet creators know a platform is never done. A platform is like a living breathing entity and requires continual monitoring, adjusting, updating. Now in beta a core team has started to be recruited to support the future growth of the internet famous brand. This project has just cracked the surface and plans for growth have be created to use as a guide. By employing our unique strategic social marketing concepts, internet famous will use sponsored contests, viral content, and original content to create and magnify user engagements while leveraging both online and offline network effects. Offline user engagements such as concerts and pop-up shops create an additional touchpoint that further drive and enhance the internet famous brand equity, all in the search of the next internet famous!
