In the Relay Point Case Study, our mission was to revolutionize the on-demand transportation industry by leveraging the power of blockchain technology. Our goal was to develop a secure and accountable application that catered to Promoters, Drivers, and Businesses. Through this case study, we aimed to equip each user with the essential tools needed to thrive in the dynamic transportation sector.
During the design phase of the Relay Point Case Study, our focus was to create a seamless user experience (UX) that catered to the diverse needs of drivers, promoters, and businesses. With a visually appealing interface that reflected the Relay Point brand, we analyzed existing on-demand transportation applications to develop a unique process for each user. This involved firsthand experiences, such as ride-alongs with drivers and interactions with promoters, to understand their operations and streamline passenger relay. Furthermore, we addressed the challenge of helping businesses drive traffic to their locations through real-time promotions and incentives. Our integration of a secure payment system built on blockchain technology added an extra layer of safety and reliability.
RELAY POINT APPLICATION USERS JOURNEY
In the Relay Point Case Study, our primary objective was to enhance and streamline operations in the on-demand transportation market, while integrating effective business promotions. During the design phase, we faced the challenge of catering to different user profiles within the Relay Point application. To achieve this, we established a comprehensive set of tools and accountability measures. While maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic with color and style, we ensured that each user type had a unique and tailored dashboard.
During the development phase of the Relay Point Case Study, we collaborated with a mobile development team specialized in transportation technologies. This strategic partnership ensured the highest level of execution for the application. We provided the team with comprehensive visual frontend graphics, functional specifications, and necessary assets for mobile development.
Simultaneously, we focused on developing essential marketing materials, including social media graphics and corporate graphics, to support the public offering aspect of the project. As the team integrated corporate decks and materials, we devised a robust social media strategy and identified key performance indicators (KPIs) to attract the attention of promoters, drivers, and investors.
Upon receiving the functional application for testing, we proceeded with the refinement phase of the Relay Point Case Study. To ensure optimal performance, we conducted user testing in various locations throughout Las Vegas, known as one of the world’s entertainment hubs. This allowed us to observe the tools and functionality in action, ensuring they aligned with our objectives.
Throughout the testing process, we made micro adjustments and real-time updates to address any issues or improvements within the application. Concurrently, as we advanced with the public offering phase, we meticulously researched and analyzed the data to fine-tune our social marketing strategies. This data-driven approach enabled us to optimize our message, focusing on content that proved to be engaging and generated the highest conversions.
After finalizing the necessary adjustments, we obtained the green light to publish the application on both the Google Play and iOS Apple Store. This milestone marked the availability of the app for users to download and utilize. With the focus shifted to the Relay Point team’s public offering raise, our next objective was to develop comprehensive corporate and presentation materials.
